I was introduced to The Black Surfing Association by Suyen Moseley and GSN last summer (August 2009) showed the Surf Film VERVE at our 2nd Annual Ocracoke Island Surf Film Festival in North Carolina to benefit the Ocracoke Youth Center. Everyone enjoyed the film ; which' we found to be very interesting and positive. Creative films like VERVE uplift our lifestyle immensely. I thank Suyen for sharing her stoke with us. It was a great weekend with incredible surf and even better people. Need to get the pics out there folks. i got some of the children and beach from one of the mothers just no surf shots yet. mahalo.

I absolutely enjoyed myself at this year's BSA 2009 camping trip. The talent amongst the group was incredible! I can't wait to see all of the many wonderful pictures.
